About Michael S. Clapp & Associates, Inc.
Michael S. Clapp & Associates, Inc. began in 1982. Since then, we have
been providing the entire Triad area with our expert appraisal skills.
Our mission is to provide accurate, documented appraisals that enable our
clients to make well-informed real estate decisions.
Currently, we have three appraisers on staff. Two of our appraisers,
Michael S. Clapp and Paul G. Carter, Jr., have earned the MAI designation
awarded by The Appraisal Institute. Michael Clapp also holds the CRE
designation awarded by The Counselors of Real Estate. In addition,
Sandra M. Clapp holds the SRA designation, also awarded by The
Appraisal Institute, as does Paul Carter.
Our small staff and business philosophy allow us to give personal
